Is it really free?
Yes — Executive Lite is free during the beta. After beta ends it will carry a fee.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your access code is generated and emailed to you automatically. Click the link in that email (or come back to this page) to start your ~5-minute assessment. Your personalized report follows by email once it's ready — no further action needed on your part.
How do I take one of the full assessments?
The full Senior Leader and People/Execution Leader Self and 360 assessments are available now. Email info@aiisv.org and we'll get you set up.
How does the 360 process work?
A full 360-degree review starts with a 360 access code — email info@aiisv.org to get one. Enter your code in the Assessment Portal and you'll fill out a request form with your role, name and contact info, plus the names and emails of the people you want as raters (manager, peers, direct reports). Everything after that is automatic: each rater receives their own personal access code and instructions by email, and you receive your own self-assessment code the same way. Once enough raters have responded, your combined report is prepared and sent to you by email — no further action needed from you.
How long does it take?
Executive Lite takes about 5 minutes. The full Self and 360 assessments take about 30 minutes. Your report arrives by email once our team has reviewed it.
Who sees my results?
By default, you're the only person in your company who sees your report. Access at AIISV is limited to a small group of designated reviewers.
Are the sample reports real people?
No. Every sample uses a fictional respondent, so you see the full structure and depth without anyone's personal data.
Can my whole leadership team take it?
Yes. The Senior Leader and People/Execution Leader Self and 360 reports are built for cohorts — email us to set one up.
