Draft for review — have your counsel confirm this before launch, particularly if you will market to people in the EU or UK.
Who we are
This site is operated by the AI Institute of Silicon Valley ("AIISV", "we"). Contact: info@aiisv.org.
What we collect
- Access-code requests: your name, work email, company and (optionally) job title.
- Sample-report requests: your name and work email.
- Assessment responses: your answers to the assessment, linked to your access code, collected through our survey provider.
- Visit information: campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source) and basic, cookie-light usage analytics.
How we use it
- To issue your access code and deliver your feedback report.
- To send you the sample-report library link you asked for.
- To send occasional updates about AIISV assessments and programs, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To improve the assessment and understand which channels bring visitors.
Who sees your results
By default, you are the only person in your company who receives your report. Within AIISV, access is limited to a small group of designated reviewers. If your assessment is part of an engagement paid for by your organization, any sharing with a sponsor is governed by that contract and disclosed to you in advance.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this service, including Google (data storage and email), Jotform (survey delivery), GitHub (website hosting) and Cloudflare (bot protection). They process data on our behalf only.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your report and for our legitimate records, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending updates, by emailing info@aiisv.org.
Sample reports
All sample reports on this site use fictional respondents and contain no real personal data.
