The AI-Workforce Enablement and Readiness Assessment is a developmental tool from the AI Institute of Silicon Valley. Results are directional insight for leadership development, not a psychological evaluation, employment test or professional advice.
Beta access
The Executive Lite assessment is free during the beta period. We may change, pause or end the beta, and paid pricing will apply after beta ends. Reports completed during beta remain yours.
Access codes
Access codes are personal. Please don't share your code; each code is linked to one respondent's report.
Your report
Reports are reviewed by our team before release. You may use your report for your own development. The assessment framework, questions, report design and sample reports are AIISV intellectual property and may not be copied or resold.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AIISV is not liable for decisions made on the basis of assessment results.
